LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EST THIS EVENING

Onondaga County, NY

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1
to 2 inches over parts of northern Onondaga County. Areas of
southwestern Onondaga County could see an additional 2 to 3
inches. Total snowfall from this event will range from 5 to 9
inches.

* WHERE...Onondaga County.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday evening commute.

...PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.
